Lost or damaged packages

You will be given an option at checkout for delivery or ship option. to purchase insurance on your package.  Thread and Bloom are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages .  If a claim needs to be filed for your package purchased please understand the claims process may take up to 14 days to review. Claims and all forms of assistance can be made via email at shopthreadanbloom@gmail.com

Shipping rate range between $8-$12 and are dependent on package weight, however Thread and Bloom is committed to having the best shipping rates and we use Shopify exclusive shipping rates to help bring you the lowest shipping rates possible. Some of the carriers used are FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Shipping time is between 2-7 business days, but may take longer due to holidays and unforeseen events.
